EEK, just one spot could be a spot of eczema or psoriasis. I’ve had luck with using a mild exfoliating cream (the stuff with hard particles in it, just not a heavy duty one) and using lotion afterwards. If that doesn’t work (extra moisturizer) probably see your doctor.
